- STORY
Since childhood, I have been drawn to typefaces, minimal forms, Zen temples, and the quiet beauty of Japanese aesthetics.
At 16, I discovered websites and fonts. Since my mid-twenties, I have worked in web and graphic design.
But design as work alone could not fully hold the inner landscapes and feelings I had always wanted to express.
At 40, I awakened to art.
At 42, I launched BREW.
And at 43, I chose to share my quiet expression with the world through English, while staying rooted in Japanese sensibility.BREW. is where the beauty I have always carried becomes art, typography, and products.
